Conservation Licenses (Hunting, Fishing, and Trapping)

Important Information from the DEC regarding Conservation Licenses:


During this difficult time while our Town Hall is closed, Conservation Licenses will still be available directly through New York State Department of Conservation. Below is the directive provided to us on March 31, 2020.

Issue Times

Licenses are issued between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Licenses / Education

Sportsmen should bring their driver's license and either a previous hunting license or a hunter education certificate when applying. 

Fees

The fee varies depending upon the type of license issued. Additional information is available at the Department of Environmental Conservation website.
